My passion for the wedding industry started over 3 decades ago when I learned floral design through my agriculture teacher in high school. I was able to get my first job at the age of 16 at a local flower shop in Santa Maria, California, where I fell in love with all things flowers; I learned about  floral design, customer service and setting up events. Over the years, I worked at local flower shops, and attended many floral design workshops and industry conferences to perfect my skills. 

In 2003, my career in the floral industry came full circle, and I opened my first full service flower shop. Overtime, I was hired to work with a local steak house to manage their private events, which turned into a full time position overseeing their restaurant and bar. Over an 11 year period of time I was able to fine tune my knowledge on the food and beverage industry, which has helped and carried over into my career as an event coordinator. 

Along with my three sons, two daughter in laws, three grandchildren and my husband, event planning and floral design have been my passion for many years. Being able to help my clients make all their dreams come true for one of the most special days of their lives is extremely rewarding for me. In the heart of California’s gold country, I aspire to help couples design the wedding of their dreams. It’s been a wonderful ride so far!
