I just wanted to let you know again how much we appreciated all you did for Karly and Cameron’s wedding weekend. It was a special couple of days for them and us, and I know they will hold those memories dear! Your skills in all that you did were exceptional!!! You instilled such confidence in us that we knew everything would be wonderful and go off without a noticeable hitch. You really had a great sense of humor during the rehearsal dinner, especially when the young men just couldn’t stop talking!! You really know how to keep everyone focused, on point and keep things moving ahead. I really appreciate the fact that you take charge and refocus people when needed…lol!!! You have great design skills with wonderful attention to detail… everything looked so beautiful!! We had many lovely comments about your artful work; of course we realize all the hard work that goes into it, but you make it look easy with great skill.

Jennifer and her staff coordinated our daughter’s wedding at the Union Hill Inn on March 23, 2019. I honestly didn’t think that we needed a wedding coordinator at first, but as the date got closer, I really began to see the value in having this service.
Jennifer was a great communicator who handled every detail of the wedding with efficiency. Her experience with the local vendors and also the Union Hill venue made her invaluable to us. She was a pleasure to work with and really kept the various wedding day events on schedule. She did so many little things to make the day special. We do not know what we would have done without her!

Jennifer did a great job assisting us throughout the wedding planning process. She immediately responded to our email questions. If she had not heard from us in a while she would just drop us a quick line to make sure we were on-track. Jennifer was knowledgeable about all the workings, offerings, rules and restrictions at our wedding venue (Union Hill Inn - Sonora, CA). This intimate knowledge helped us utilize the venue to its full potential! Consider hiring for both coordination and floral scopes of work to eliminate an extra vendor.

Jennifer with An Occassion Events was honestly the main reason our wedding was so successful and why we managed to keep our heads screwed on throughout the whole planning process. She bent over backwards to not only answer every question and cater to every whim, but also put in extra time to help bring our creative and crazy ideas to fruition! Jennifer is the best decision we made regarding our wedding and by the time our wedding rolled around we were sad to not have a formal reason to work together with her anymore. We consider her a wonderful friend, and we are so grateful for everything she did to help organize our wedding and decorate it with beautiful flower arrangements!
Jennifer and her team were absolutely amazing! If it weren’t for her, things would have been chaos. We were right in schedule the entire time, and Jennifer was always there to get us where we needed to be. Jennifer worked so well with all of the vendors and kept in contact with them through the entire planning process so we didn’t have to. I live in Boise, ID, but got married in CA, and she managed to keep everything organized and meet with the vendors so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Jennifer and Suzette made the most beautiful flower arrangements I have ever seen, and we had no expectations for the decor, which was absolutely STUNNING! Everything looked so amazing together, and people were continuously complimenting her work. You can tell that Jennifer loves what she does, and I was reminded of this so much when she got teary eyed as we were ready to walk down the aisle. I’m sure she sees weddings every weekend, but they still manage to make her emotional, which was so special to me. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives, and we owe a HUGE thanks to Jennifer and her team.
Jennifer and her crew were simply AMAZING! We were married at The Higuera Ranch in San Luis Obispo near where we met and currently live in the bay area. From start to finish Jennifer was always one step ahead and kept us on track every step of the way. Although my husband and I as well as Jennifer all lived 3-4 hours away from the venue location, she still kept in communication with all of our vendors without a flaw. I thought I had a lot of creative ideas for our big day until Jennifer came in and really made my country wedding come to life with all of her professional touches. I highly recommend reaching out if you are looking for a perfect florist/planner combo! Heads up she books up fast!

We worked with Jennifer and her team for our wedding at Union Hill Inn. She was great at listening to our wants and desires and helping us to figure out how to make it happen. She helped with the wedding timeline and communicated with all vendors so that we could focus on other things (i.e. life lol). I didn't really feel like I needed a coordinator until the day of the wedding. With Jennifer's help, everything went smoothly and I didn't have to worry or think about a thing!
